A Very Unrequested Wellness Wish List
This year I’ve been asked so many times what’s on my wish list and what my ultimate gift guide would be…just kidding. Not a single person has asked me that question.
But since I love offering unsolicited advice (and pretending people are curious), I figured I’d share the things currently sitting at the top of my list anyway.
It will surprise absolutely no one that everything is wellness-focused. I’m trying to crush balance in 2025 and carry my 365 days of movement confidently into the new year. Consider this less of a gift guide and more of a personal inventory of things I believe might make me feel slightly more put together in the new year.
Here’s what’s making the cut:
Oura Ring
I love tracking progress, and the idea of having tangible proof that I actually need more sleep feels validating given my current fatigue levels. My only concern is that I will become overly invested and allow the data to make all major life decisions for me.
Wireless Headphones
Earbuds don’t stand a chance in my life. They will be lost, misplaced, or mysteriously disappear within a week. I’m committing to old-school headphones for walking, working, and those moments when I need to pretend I can’t hear anyone.
New Balance 530 Tennis Shoes
Because let’s be honest, new shoes are a powerful motivator to get off your ass and get moving. Sometimes discipline just looks like footwear.
Fabric Resistance Bands
I’m adding a little extra spice to my Melissa Wood Health classes. After a year of consistent use, my current bands are starting to feel less challenging. (Don’t forget to use my code to sign up with MWH - see my previous post for details)
A New Workout Set
I’ve had my eye on Quince’s Power-Up Training set. New workout clothes don’t actually change anything, but somehow they make showing up feel easier. Much like shoes, this is a proven psychological trick.
Whoop Watch
Because tracking one thing clearly isn’t enough. More data feels responsible. I also am really curious what it tells me by Whoop age is because I still think I am 27…
A Vintage Landy
No explanation needed. This one is purely aspirational and completely unnecessary, my Pinterest Board is here to prove it.
Vintner’s Daughter Serum
One of my all-time favorite face serums that I feel should be back into my daily routine.
This isn’t a wish list so much as a gentle commitment to taking care of myself in ways that feel sustainable and real, all while driving a really cool car!
