What Still Matters
As we move toward the close of 2025, I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually matters. Not the loud stuff or the flashy stuff, but the quieter choices we make every day…where we spend our money, who we show up for, and how we support the communities that support us right back. Joy, peace, and cheer don’t always arrive fully formed. Sometimes they’re built slowly, through intention, consistency, and a little bit of faith in the ripple effect.
Supporting local businesses, investing in your community, and rooting for the underdogs isn’t just a nice idea…it’s how real connection is sustained. These small decisions add up, even when it doesn’t feel like it in the moment. Especially then.
This is a small offering, but one that felt important to me. I’ve made thoughtful price adjustments across my inventory for the remainder of the holiday season. When I started this company back in 2007, it was because I couldn’t afford the bags I wanted. That reality shaped everything I built. Over time, costs rose, layers were added, and the world changed…but recently I had a moment of clarity that pulled me back to the beginning: making beautiful, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces that feel special without feeling out of reach.
Accessibility has always mattered to me, even when the math doesn’t fully agree. This shift is my way of honoring where I started, where I am now, and the people who have supported this work along the way.
And because it felt like the right thing to do (and because shipping should never be the dealbreaker), I’m also offering free shipping on all orders for the rest of 2025.
Thank you for being here, for caring, and for choosing thoughtfully.
